nearby masjiddownward slope
the location is near masjid al-haram!!! taking the escalator at anjum hotel helps when going to the masjid. coming back is much easier if you use the escalator at anjum hotel, as it's a downward slope afterward.
the non-smoking room had a slight smell of cigarettes.

the reception process impressed me with its speed and professionalism the traditional dates and saudi coffee were a lovely touch the employee on our floor provided excellent service by delivering fresh water towels and toiletries each day.
i did notice that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy which slightly impacted the peacefulness of the room at times.
